We favour local, organic and seasonal products. Don't expect to eat the ‘classic’ fare in this institution, but rather to be surprised and won over by the mix of products and surprising combinations.

Young chef Louis Garrigou is at the helm of the Charbonnel restaurant's kitchen after assisting Michelin-starred chef Riou for 1 year. His very promising career alongside Vincent Arnould, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, promises you some great tasting discoveries.

In August and September, we are open from Tuesday lunchtime to Sunday evening. Closed only on Mondays.

12pm - 2pm / 7:15pm - 9:15pm

Off-season, we are open from Monday evening to Sunday lunchtime. Closed on Sunday evenings.

12pm - 1:45pm / 7pm - 9pm

We will only offer a daily menu on Monday evenings and all day Tuesday. The gourmet menu will be offered from Wednesday to Sunday lunchtime.

The daily menu will nevertheless be served every lunchtime during the week.

We will be open exceptionally at the restaurant on Sunday evenings, 21st and 28th December.

We will be closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 22nd, 23rd and 24th December.

We will be offering our Christmas menu on Thursday, 25th December for lunch and dinner.

We will celebrate the New Year together on Wednesday evening, 31st December, with a 7-course New Year's Eve menu. The restaurant will not be open for lunch on 31st December.

We will offer a special lunch menu on 1st January, but will be closed in the evening.
