Young chef Louis Garrigou is at the helm of the Charbonnel restaurant's kitchen after assisting Michelin-starred chef Riou for 1 year. His very promising career alongside Vincent Arnould, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, promises you some great tasting discoveries.
During the off-season, we are open from Monday evening to Sunday lunchtime. Closed Sunday evening and Monday lunchtime.
12:00 PM - 1:45 PM / 7:00 PM - 8:45 PM
On Mondays and Tuesdays, during the off-season, only the "Petit Charbonnel" menu will be offered.
This €35 menu will also be offered on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at lunchtime, in addition to the full menu.
Sunday, April 5, 2026: The hotel and restaurant will be exceptionally open.
On Monday, April 6, 2026, an Easter menu will be offered at lunchtime only. We will be closed Monday evening and all day Tuesday, April 7.
In August and September, we are open from Tuesday lunchtime to Sunday evening. Closed only on Mondays.
