Our bar offers a wide range of creative and classic cocktails made by our restaurant team and our barmaid, Anne. Open every day during restaurant opening hours (3pm to 10pm) and on summer evenings, it's the perfect place to enjoy a Mojito or a Virgin, with or without alcohol!
In winter, there's nothing better than a good Irish coffee to warm you up. Our cocktails are made with quality ingredients and we aim to source local spirits.

The Charbonnel snack
We serve snacks from 3pm to 6pm, from Wednesday to Saturday in winter and every day in summer.
You can enjoy our homemade pastries and hot drinks such as matcha, chocolate marshmallow or dalgona coffee.
The bar is open every day the hotel is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
We serve "Goûter Charbonnel" every afternoon, from Tuesday to Saturday, until 6 p.m.
